Most bicycle mechanics learn on-the-job as apprentices with little formal training.

Big Poppi spends thousands of dollars every year to get our mechanics formally trained and professionally certified. And top-notch mechanics don’t just swap parts. They know how to actually fix things. We do virtually all work in-house including suspension system rebuilding so you don’t have to wait weeks for a repair.

Frame repair and painting is also available.

Big Poppi has spent additional thousands to have one of the best tool-equipped shops.
